You've taken the first step toward improved mental and emotional well-being for yourself and your family.  The EmmaWell Digital Program will provide you with personalized support, guidance, and education, along with access to your very own maternal coach.

 

Emmawell's maternal coaches are trained support professionals with first-hand knowledge and experience with motherhood and parenthood.  Your coach will get to know you and your needs, create a personalized plan for you, check in with you regularly, and will work with you to update that plan as your needs evolve.  You will be given access to the EmmaWell app, the Mothers and Babies course, along with our live and on-demand webinars.  Your coach can also answer all of your questions and provide you with any additional resources available online and in your community.
