Hilary Waller is the Director of Programming and a psychotherapist at The Postpartum Stress Center. She provides individual and group therapy services at The Postpartum Stress Center, coordinates all training and education programming, and instructs the majority of educational in-services provided by The Postpartum Stress Center.
After earning dual Bachelor’s degrees at Columbia University and The Jewish Theological Seminary, Hilary worked with adolescents in both formal and informal educational settings. This experience piqued her interest in parent-child relationships and led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialty in marriage and family therapy.
She is deeply honored to support new parents as they navigate the challenges pregnancy and parenthood present.
Jenny Greenbaum is a licensed professional counselor specializing in perinatal mood changes throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period for women and families.
Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She obtained her formative experience working with autism spectrum youth, juvenile delinquency, and parents coping with childhood illness. She completed her Masters level internship at The Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County where she conducted group and individual therapy for adults with PTSD and trauma disorders.
Jenny has been working at The Postpartum Stress Center with perinatal and postpartum women for over three years. There, she has further developed her passion for women's issues, particularly in the context of family development.
Samantha is a licensed clinical social worker, as well as a certified birth doula, with a strong passion for supporting the perinatal population. Samantha utilizes a holistic approach towards healing and encourages clients to explore their strengths and resilience in a warm, supportive environment.
Samantha earned her Dual Master’s Degrees in Social Work & Human Sexuality Education from Widener University after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at LSU.
Samantha has served the perinatal population in both hospital and outpatient settings, and completed various trainings to enhance her practice in Women’s Mental Health & Wellness, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and DONA International’s Birth Doula certification.
Stephanie is a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping women and families navigate the new journey of parenthood. She believes in humanistic therapy and clients' strengths, while using CBT techniques and mindfulness to improve general wellbeing.
Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College, specializing in clinical social work. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Bloomsburg University. She has worked with adolescents, adults, and children in the hospital setting, and most recently was part of a group practice focusing on perinatal mental health.
While working at the University of Michigan with moms and moms-to-be who were experiencing loss, challenging pregnancies, and various birth journeys, she dropped into a career and specialty in supporting perinatal women.

Amy Siegrist, IBCLC
Lactation Consultant
Amy has been an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant for over ten years, with extensive experience in teaching and leading breastfeeding support groups.
After starting out her career in elementary education, Amy turned to lactation consulting in a hospital setting for newly postpartum mothers. Since then, she has worked both as the V.P of Education and as a breastfeeding counselor for Nursing Mothers Alliance and as an IBCLC in several local hospitals, including Paoli and Chester County.
Amy now has a private practice serving families in the Philadelphia area and works part-time at Lifecyle Womancare in Bryn Mawr. Amy is a TummyTime!™ Trained Professional and a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM). She has enjoyed integrating these skills into her lactation practice and teaching workshops in the community.
Amy lives in King of Prussia with her husband, two teenagers, and goldendoodle. She enjoys yoga and long walks with her dog.
Kristin Burns, IBCLC
Lactation Consultant
As a dedicated International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, Kristin has a strong clinical background working with postpartum patients and their babies. She has a keen interest in the prenatal care of moms, the impact of the birth experience, and the effects of breastfeeding success.
After earning her B.A. in Clinical Sociology, Kristin spent years working with families as a case manager and counselor prior to becoming an IBCLC. Kristin served as V.P. of Education on the board of the Nursing Mothers Alliance and recently joined the Pro-LC board, serving as Sergeant at Arms. She is currently working as a lactation consultant in private practice.
Kristin lives in Phoenixville with her husband and their four children.
