Listen to these guided meditations to help center yourself on your pregnancy or your newborn baby. Being compassionate toward yourself can help with managing difficult situations. Noticing where you carry stress, pain, or discomfort is a step toward acceptance and healing.
Try these as part of your course and return to them as often as you'd like.
