Sarah%20Headshot_edited.jpg

A licensed clinical social worker, Sarah maintains a private psychotherapy practice where she supports adult clients through individual and group counseling. She specializes in helping clients heal from acute and complex trauma and perinatal mental health concerns-including perinatal mood disorders, infertility, loss and the ongoing journey of parenthood. Sarah is also trained in EMDR, a holistic, gentle, and effective intervention for the treatment of trauma.

Sarah earned her Masters of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Worker & Social Research and holds dual bachelors degrees from Barnard College and the Jewish Theological Seminary. In addition to her private practice work, Sarah works part-time as a family life education associate at Jewish Family & Children's Service of Greater Philadelphia.

She is passionate about helping her clients move from a place of struggle towards empowerment and find their way towards life as a parent with more contentment and confidence.
